Why is the pilot at no cost — what does that mean? +
Your first event really is on us, and there is nothing to apply for: you sign up on the platform, no card, and you get full access straight away. Nothing is owed for it. Separately, we do ask something — if your event turns out to be a good fit, we'd like to document it as a reference case and get a testimonial once the process is complete. That is agreed with you at the time, after you've seen the results, and your access does not depend on saying yes.
What is the difference between the plans? +
Every option — Trial, per-event and Unlimited — gives you exactly the same full platform access: pre-event diagnostic, agenda builder, field observation module, post-event questionnaires and complete audit report. The only difference is how many events you can run and for how long. There are no packs and no credits to keep track of: you buy an event when you have an event, or you go annual and stop counting.
