Why is the pilot free — what does that mean? +
"No cost in this first phase" is not the same as free. It's an explicit exchange: platform access and the full service in return for three things — access to the real event process (briefing, team and event), a documented case we can use as a reference, and a testimonial once the process is complete. Both parties get something of value. The pilot is selective because it needs to be the right event.
What do the packs include exactly? +
Every option — Trial, per-event, packs and Unlimited — gives you exactly the same full platform access: pre-event diagnostic, agenda builder, field observation module, post-event questionnaires and complete audit report. The difference is only in how many events you can run and for how long. Pack credits don't expire, so you can use them across different events at your own pace.
