2. Purpose
NeuroEvents is a SaaS platform for neuroscience-based evaluation of corporate events. It enables organisers to collect and analyse data on the cognitive experience of attendees through validated questionnaires and behavioural observation, generating automated diagnostic reports.
Reports are indicative and complementary in nature. They do not constitute clinical diagnosis and do not replace the professional judgement of the organiser.
3. Intellectual property
- All platform and website content (software, design, text, model reports, questionnaire structure) is the intellectual property of BABUMGA SL or its licensors.
- The NeuroEvents methodology and the NeuroEvents Diagnostic Index (IDN) are proprietary developments of BABUMGA SL.
- Reports generated from a specific event's data are the property of the organiser who commissioned them.
- Reproduction, distribution or transformation of platform content without express authorisation is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
- BABUMGA SL does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Users will be notified of scheduled maintenance with as much notice as possible.
- The accuracy of AI-generated reports is not guaranteed; reports are indicative in nature.
- BABUMGA SL's maximum liability to any user for any cause arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force majeure: BABUMGA SL shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure events, including third-party infrastructure failures, connectivity interruptions, or natural disasters.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, including the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable Spanish data protection and e-commerce legislation.
For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
