These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the NeuroEvents platform (hub.neuroevents.app), operated by BABUMGA SL (Tax ID B67696914, Madrid, Spain). By registering, you accept these terms in full.

1. Registration and access

• Access to the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• BABUMGA SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice to the user.

2. Acceptable use

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform to collect data from individuals without their knowledge or without a valid legal basis.
• Attempting to access data belonging to other organisers or events.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the platform's source code.
• Any activity that is unlawful or that may damage the systems or reputation of NeuroEvents.

3. Organiser responsibilities regarding attendee data

By entering attendee data into the platform, the organiser:

• Warrants that they have a valid legal basis for sharing such data with NeuroEvents.
• Commits to adequately informing attendees about the use of the evaluation platform, including at a minimum: the identity of the data controller, the purpose (evaluation of the cognitive experience of the event), the pseudonymised nature of response storage, and the contact address for exercising data rights.
• Is responsible for complying with their own data protection obligations towards their attendees.

NeuroEvents acts as data processor for the attendee data entered by the organiser, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The organiser, as data controller, instructs NeuroEvents to process such data exclusively for the following purposes: sending evaluation questionnaires, pseudonymised storage of responses, generation of diagnostic reports, and display of results in the organiser's dashboard.

4. Pricing and payments

Current prices are published at neuroevents.app. Any changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice to users with an active subscription.

Payments and billing are managed entirely through Stripe Inc. BABUMGA SL does not store credit card or billing data in its own systems.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the contract was fully executed.

Where the service has not been fully performed, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting hello@neuroevents.app.

6. Nature of reports

Reports generated by the platform using artificial intelligence are indicative and complementary in nature. They do not constitute clinical diagnosis, professional advice, or a substitute for the organiser's own judgement. BABUMGA SL does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the generated results.

7. Changes to these terms

BABUMGA SL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be notified to registered users by email with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
