The platform that measures
what events forget to measure

From pre-event diagnostic to field observation and final report — every step of the event cycle in one place. Built on a validated neuroscience methodology. Designed for the professionals who produce and commission events.

One platform.
One scientific framework.

NeuroEvents is a SaaS platform that applies a validated neuroscience methodology to the full cycle of a professional event — from design to post-event evaluation.

It covers every moment that matters: the pre-event design decisions, what happens in the room during the event, and what attendees retain the day after. All in one place, with a single measurement engine.

The platform scores every event across 4 cognitive dimensions — giving you a structured, evidence-based picture of what worked, what didn't, and exactly where to improve.

Pre-event diagnostic with scoring and alerts by dimension
Agenda builder with cognitive load analysis
Custom dossiers for client and vendors
Real-time field observation module
Post-event report across 4 cognitive dimensions
Currently in pilot phase. No subscription cost in this first phase — in exchange for access to the real event process, a documented case and a testimonial.

7 steps from
brief to final report

The platform covers the entire event cycle — before, during and after. Each step feeds the next, building a complete picture of cognitive and emotional impact.

1
Pre-event

Event configuration

Set up the event: name, date, type, number of attendees and days. This creates the workspace for the full evaluation cycle.

2
Pre-event

Pre-event diagnostic

The organiser completes a structured questionnaire about the planned agenda, F&B, sensory environment and spatial design. The platform scores each area, flags risks and generates prioritised recommendations — before any decision is final. Custom dossiers for the client and each provider/department are included in the diagnosis.

3
Pre-event

Agenda builder

Build the full agenda block by block — each session classified by cognitive type (keynote, workshop, social, F&B, break, etc.). The system detects overload patterns: blocks that are too long, missing cognitive resets, poor F&B timing. Supports multi-day events and Excel import.

13 block types Cognitive load alerts Excel import
4
During the event

Field observation module

The auditor captures behavioural indicators in real time during the event — differentiated by session type. Cognitive sessions, F&B moments and social activities each have their own indicator set. Non-observable blocks are excluded from analysis. Timestamps and notes are saved per block.

Block-aware observation Cognitive + F&B + Social indicators Real-time capture
5
Post-event

Attendee questionnaire V.A — end of event

A short validated questionnaire sent to attendees immediately after the event closes, while the experience is still fresh. Captures immediate cognitive and emotional state.

6
Post-event

Attendee questionnaire V.B & V.C — next day + organising team

V.B is sent the following day to measure retention and consolidation — what actually stayed in memory 24 hours later. V.C is completed by the organising team to capture their operational perspective.

7
Post-event

Audit report

The platform generates a complete audit report combining all data: pre-event scoring, field observations and post-event responses. Scored across 4 cognitive dimensions with alerts and prioritised recommendations. The report goes through a validation step before being delivered to the client.

Three modules that
cover the full event cycle

Each module is designed for a specific moment in the event lifecycle. Together, they create a complete and traceable evaluation chain.

📋

Pre-event diagnostic

The most valuable step — it creates impact before the event even takes place. The organiser fills in a structured questionnaire and gets a scored diagnosis with prioritised alerts and recommendations.

  • Questionnaire structured around 5 evaluation areas
  • Scoring across 4 cognitive dimensions
  • Colour-coded alerts: critical, warning, optimal
  • Prioritised recommendations by area
  • Custom dossier for the client (PDF)
  • Separate briefs for each vendor/department
The diagnostic is completed by the organiser — not the attendees. It evaluates the event design before it's finalised.

Field observation

A real-time behavioural capture tool used by the auditor during the event. Each session type has its own tailored indicator set — no noise from irrelevant data.

  • 5 observation modes: Cognitive, F&B, Social, Snapshot, None
  • Cognitive indicators: attention, posture, participation, environment
  • F&B indicators: food quality, hydration, timing, space
  • Social indicators: group energy, connection, emotional tone
  • Non-observable blocks excluded from analysis
  • Notes and timestamps per block saved in real time
Observation is completed by the auditor or the organising team — never by attendees. Designed for use on mobile during the event.
📊

Audit report

The final deliverable. Combines pre-event scoring, field observations and post-event questionnaire responses into a structured, client-ready report.

  • Scored across 4 cognitive dimensions with traffic-light indicators
  • Area-by-area breakdown with risks and recommendations
  • Field observation highlights per session block
  • Post-event attendee data: immediate recall + next-day retention
  • Organising team evaluation included as separate dimension
  • Validated before delivery to the client
The report goes through a validation step before being released. It is never delivered without a final review.

Frequently asked
questions

Who is the platform designed for? +
NeuroEvents is designed for event professionals: agencies that produce corporate events and brands or organisations that commission them. No prior knowledge of neuroscience is required. The platform guides you through every step — from pre-event diagnostic to final report.
What does the pilot access mean exactly? +
During the pilot phase, platform access carries no subscription cost. In exchange, we ask for access to the real event process — briefing, team and event — a documented case that we can use as a reference, and a testimonial once the process is complete. It is an explicit exchange, not a free trial.
Does my team need technical knowledge to use it? +
No. The platform is designed for event professionals, not technical users. The pre-event questionnaire, agenda builder and field observation module all work directly from a browser — no installation, no complex setup. The field observation module is optimised for mobile use during the event.
How long does it take to complete the pre-event diagnostic? +
Between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on the complexity of the event. The questionnaire is structured and guided — you don't need to know what to answer, the platform asks the right questions. Once completed, the diagnosis and recommendations are available immediately.
When is the audit report available? +
The report is generated once all post-event data has been collected — typically 24 to 48 hours after the event closes, once the next-day attendee questionnaire responses are in. The report goes through a validation step before being delivered to the client.
